Monday August 16, 2010-Can I Freeze this? How to Use the Most Versatile Appliance in Your Kitchen
Chef Lynn will discuss how to choose which foods to freeze, techniques for freezing and thawing, and hints for maintaining and organizing a freezer.
Monday September 27, 2010-Cooking for One or Two
Singles represent the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. population and it can sometimes be difficult to scale down recipes to cook for 1 or 2 persons. Explore recipes that are designed to serve one or two persons.
Monday October 4, 2010-How to successfully cook seafood
More and more Americans are eating seafood, but few are cooking it at home. Learn about the different varieties of fish and shellfish, as well as ways to prepare seafood in your own kitchen.
